Yes it does. It can hold up to 45 pounds, so Will should be able to ride it for 3 more months! Ha!
He is sooo big, I was looking at your earlier entries when he was within 1 - 2 months and am thinking "how much he changed" in that time period. I am excited for Booker to make some of those changes, he is so gosh darn wobbly! hahaLove the horse!
