Today was Will's 9 mo. He was 24 pounds 10 oz, 29 3/4in long. He is basically in the 97th percentile all around. He got his Hemoglobin checked, which was great and he got his flu shot. Ouch! He only cried a little. He is doing well on his fine and gross motor, but his verbal skills were a little delayed. The Dr wants us to work on clapping, waving "Hi" and "Bye-Bye" and she wants me to limit his books to one or two favorites for a while to re-enforce his language skills. I must read him 25 different books through a week and she thinks that may be too many. I am also supposed to give him more table foods now, so now I have to start making healthier meals for Jason and I. Darn Vegetables! It will be good for us.
