The Front: Note the size of the front yard. I could almost trim it with scissors!

Stairs up to Bedrooms...
Kitchen. I love the tile floor, with nice dark grout, hides dirt well. I love all the drawers, and the pot rack high on the wall. It makes up for the lack of cabinets, but I like all the low storage. The place I am in now has such high cabinets, it's almost impossible for me to use them!
Main floor 1/2 bath. I am taking down that little cabinet, it's kinda rusty and dated, and serves no real purpose.
Dining area off kitchen. I love the wood floors! The curtains to the right are on a pair of french doors that lead to the deck.
This picture doesn't do the deck justice. It is HUGE, as wide as the house, and about 2/3 the length of the yard. Enough room for a grill, table and chairs and more. It's basically like an outdoor living room!
Stairway to basement off dining area....
Closet in dining area/kitchen. I am going to put a set of shelves in here and make it a pantry.
When you turn left at the bottom of the basement stairs there is the laundry room, it is big, with metal shelves already in it.
This is the basement full bath. I am taking down those ugly little shelves, they don't match and look wierd. This bathroom also has a full bath and shower, behind the door.
Under the basement stairs is this great storage closet. I love all this storage!
The main room of the basement. It is bigger than this picture makes it seem. Sliding glass doors to the yard are to the left.
The backyard is all paved with concrete and bricks. I was sad at first, but now I am seeing benefits to it...

It looks WONDERFUL!!! Good place to grow some roots for a couple of years!
That's my take on it. And with a cheaper rent we can pay down debt and save a down payment. And William loves all the levels! Those pine trees in the back will be the death of me though. William spent much of the day bringing pine cones in the house, he was fascinated!
that place looks huge! I am happy you found a place and such a great space too!!
The place looks great. The wierd dressing table thing reminds me of "The Love Boat" for some reason. What year was it built? I would give anything for that deck!
Hurray!!! You must be SOOOO excited. It looks fabulous. There is so much room to spread out. And you can send Will out to run around or ride his bike and not have to go to the park just to get out to play. (That sounds weird and since in tired I can't make it say exactly what I was thinking but I promise it was all supposed to be good!) When do you move in?
