I was raised with them as a primary cooking tool and have never had one blow up in my entire life. They make them pretty fool proof these days. And I am sure if you find a quality one at the thrift store it would work just fine! The other great thing about them is the steam that comes out makes your house smell like you have been cooking all day, when in fact you cooked a super flavorful and tender meal in 40 minutes or less.Ms. Leighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10034727662999312037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7559858341076034086.post-38334593147183975052008-09-18T10:01:00.000-07:002008-09-18T10:01:00.000-07:00I have never had a pressure cooker, I am afraid th...I have never had a pressure cooker, I am afraid they will blow up. I know it gets boring, that's why Yoshida's was invented.
cook up some chicken, pour on a little yoshida's, grab those steam fresh broccoli bags, make a pot of rice and get out the chopsticks :).

I also like to shred up a bunch of cooked chicken and add taco, fajita spice, or bbq sauce.

and if all else fails, shake and bake it like mom did. Still yummy after all these years.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
