Update...

William started gymnastics this week.  We aren't allowed in the gym, so this is the best picture I could get...He really loved it, and was nicely exhausted afterward.

Charlie has been throwing up off and on since Monday.  I am still not quite sure what to make of it.  He is finally eating solids again, but as you can see, it's mostly still white and bland....he is just happy to have more than pedialyte!

The Octonauts send Charlie Over the Edge...

Charlie is OBSESSED with the Octonauts, a show on Disney Jr.  Will likes it, but it has become Charlie's favorite thing on earth.  Everytime I go to the On Demand Menu he starts getting excited and waits by the TV until it comes on, and then this happens...

Quick Escape...Day 2

Daddy strapped on the Ergo and we headed out to the lighthouse!

Will was ready to climb to the top, all 116 feet!

Charlie looked pretty tired by the time he reached the top, and he wasn't even climbing!

The lighthouse, it was built in the 1850's...

After that, we hit the beach!

We dug our traditional hole.  It's getting deeper, because Will is getting taller!

We dug a Charlie sized hole too, which Will convinced him to go in...

Each boy in his own pit...

Charlie spent lots of time trying to fill his hole back in...

After a whole lot of sun, we escaped to the nature center.

They had touch tanks, which Will loved...

Soon it was time to go home, but not without a trip to the Island  ice cream shop!

Quick Escape...Chincoteague Day One

It was a little windy, but William had been waiting all day for this, and nothing was slowing him down!

The Atlantic...across this water is my sister!

Charlie was obsessed with catching a seagull.  He was so frustrated that they wouldn't just stop and let him pet them!

Pure excitement!  Catch those birds Charlie!

Darn.

Maybe this time it will work...

How on earth did my baby get so big?  He looks like such a big boy in these pictures...

Charlie ate so much sand in these two days.  This is a shot of his first taste...

Fascinated by the waves...

and the smooshy sand...

Nothing on earth brings me more joy than seeing my children this way...

After we finished at the beach for the night, we drove around a wildlife loop that takes you around the island.  We saw so many birds and lots of bunnies!

Quick Escape...Ocean City

We stopped for fish and chips first, and had a great view of the water...

Charlie and Will climbed all over this anchor, and we finally dragged them away...

William (with a little help from Mommy) won his first carnival prize- an Angry Bird!

Next, it was on to the Ferris Wheel!

Grandma had never been on one this big before, and she was a little scared!

Charlie took it all in...

William and I, looking eerily similar...

The view...

They had this cool double decker carousel.  Great horses with real hair tails, so William chose to ride in the seat, of course...

One final ride before leaving, then we grabbed an indecent amount of carmel corn and left town.
Ocean city has two things going for it: Carmel Corn, and a great ferris wheel.  That's about it.  Otherwise it is a dirty, crowded, white-trashy place full of Jersey Shore types.  And Carnies. Not our scene.  We grabbed a ride, popcorn and got outta there before the sun went down!
